  1. They feed their spirit by making a habit of reading God's Word every day (Prov. 4:20).
  2. They build up their faith by listening to God's Word every day (Rom. 10:17).
  3. They strengthen and encourage themselves daily by speaking God's Word over themselves and over their lives (Matt. 8:8).
  4. They dominate and control their thought life by filling their minds with God's Word (Phil. 4:8).
  5. They anchor and establish their hearts by giving continual praise and thanksgiving (Ps. 34:1).
  6. They edify themselves and "charge their battery" by praying much in other tongues (I Cor. 14:4).
  7. They become streamlined and aerodynamically sound by getting rid of "excess baggage" (Heb. 12:1).
